Prinz Harry und Herzogin Meghan sollen bereits seit über einer Woche in Los Angeles wohnen. Verlassen haben sie ihr neues Zuhause aus Angst vor dem Coronavirus aber offenbar noch nicht.

Prinz Harry (35), Herzogin Meghan (38) und ihr knapp zehn Monate alter Sohn Archie sollen ihr vorübergehendes Zuhause in Kanada hinter sich gelassen und sich im Großraum Los Angeles niedergelassenen haben. Das berichteten mehrere US-Medien übereinstimmend. Von einem Insider will das Magazin "People" nun erfahren haben, dass das Paar sein neues Zuhause noch nicht verlassen hat - aus Angst vor dem Coronavirus.

Corona-Angst: Meghan und Harry verlassen neues Zuhause nicht

Auf dem abgelegenen Gelände, auf dem die Noch-Senior-Royals leben sollen, würden sie sich demnach an die von der Regierung ausgegeben Maßnahmen zur Eindämmung der Corona-Pandemie halten. Sie würden, so das Magazin weiter, die ruhige Zeit nutzen, um Wege zu finden, sich gegenseitig zu unterstützen. "Mit der sich ständig ändernden COVID-Gemengelage müssen wir uns alle auf diese neue Normalität und die damit verbundenen Gefühle einstellen", schrieb das Paar bereits in der vergangenen Woche auf ihrem Instagram-Account.

What an amazing way to use this time • - If you feel alone, overwhelmed, depressed, or anxious, you can text one of these lines and talk it through. • - If you are in an abusive relationship and now find yourself in isolation with your abuser, these counselors are there for you. You do not need to suffer in silence. And for those of you who don’t feel comfortable texting with a stranger, reach out to your friends, family and colleagues. Phone calls and video conferencing are such a great way to feel more connected - ask if they’re okay, tell them how you’re (actually) feeling, and use this time to really listen for the answer. If there is someone you know and are worried about, your text may be the thing that saves their life.

Umzug schon vor einer Woche?

Der Post soll laut "People" etwa um die Zeit ihres Umzugs entstanden sein. Denn es ist wahrscheinlich, dass Harry und Meghan bereits vor dem 21. März umgezogen sind. An diesem Tag haben die USA ihre Grenze zu Kanada weitgehend für den Personenverkehr geschlossen. Die Regelung soll 30 Tage in Kraft bleiben.
